Tour Skudeneshavn
Skudeneshavn is an idyllic small town by the sea, full of historical streets and houses. Gamlebyen, with more than 120 well kept white, wooden houses, has several times been featured as Norway’s most beautiful wooden house town, and is protected. Here, you can wonder among narrow streets and alleys while looking at thriving gardens and facades. Skudeneshavn grew in the mid 1800’s, when the herring was discovered, and the important herring fishing started. On our excursion we will have plenty of time to absorb Gamlebyen and all it has to offer, and we also make a little stop for lunch.
